I had a request for how I make dinner rolls. I grew up watching my dad make rolls for sunday dinner and when I asked him why do you knot them he said it looks nice. So here is how I make them.

I start out by making a batch of FAST EASY BREAD dough.

Out of one batch of dough I can get about 20 rolls.

I take a tennis ball sized amount of dough and roll it in my hand to make a snake or 6 inch rope. Then I just take the rope and tie it in a knot. Spray your hands with cooking spray to keep the dough from sticking. Spray as often as you need too.I place them on a large cookie sheet and let them rise for 20 minutes and then bake them for 20 minutes.

I really like to eat them with butter and honey or just butter if I am eating them with a yummy Sunday dinner of roast and mashed potatoes.

I use the remaining rolls (if there is any) for sandwiches for the kids lunches or breakfast in the morning.
